<br />As Project Coordinator for the Gras,s, Lake WMO Third Generation Watershed
<br />Management Plan, I am forwarding this invitation on behalf of Len Ferrington,
<br />Chair of the Board.

<br />I would like to introduce myself and ask for your as,s,is,tance.
<br />I am a resident of Shoreview and have soared on the Board of Commis,s,ioners, of the
<br />Gras,s, Lake Watershed Management Organization for the last three years,, and have
<br />been the Board Chairperson during, 2010. , Attached to this e-mail is the 2009
<br />Annual Report of our Board activities, and accomplis,hments, for your review if you
<br />are interested.
<br />In addition to providing you with the 2009 Annual Report, I would like to ask for
<br />your input and assistance during, 201,1. The Gras,s, Lake Watershed Management
<br />Organization operates, under guidelines, included in our 1,0 year Watershed
<br />Management Plan. Presently we are operating under our Second Generation 1,0 year
<br />Watershed Management Plan, but it expires, during, 2010. , Consequently, we will be
<br />preparing a Third Generation 1,0 year Watershed Management Plan in 201,1.
<br />As a resident and stakeholder in the Gras,s, Lake Watershed, this Third Generation
<br />1,0 year Watershed Management Plan will provide you with a s,eries, of policies, and
<br />actions, to protect your valuable water resources, over the next decade. As the
<br />plan is being developed we will be holding a s,eries, of three (3) public meetings,
<br />for stakeholder input.
<br />The first of three public input s,es,s,ions, will be held:

<br />This meeting will be held in an open -house format so feel free to drop in any

<br />concerns, about the management of our water resources,.
