<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of October, 1996 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Haschka, Wi ski, Mastel, and Wall, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Wi ski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9349 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING W AIVER/EXEMPTION <br />FROM RULE 7406.0500 SUBP.8 OF THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />In order to provide quality and efficient Deputy Registrar Services to the City's auto-dealer customers, we <br />are requesting of the Minnesota Board of Government Innovation and Cooperation, a waiver/exemption <br />from the Minnesota's Department of Public Safety's Rule 7406.0500 Subp.8. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, a completed copy of the Board's application form and supporting <br />documentation is attached. <br /> <br />Goedeke <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member an~ up~n a vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Maschka, Wlskl, Mastel, <br /> <br />and Wall, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
