<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 28, 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the 28th day of July, <br /> <br />1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1986 <br />assessment roll for Improvement No. p-84-22, prepared by him with <br /> <br />the assistance of the City Public Works Director as directed by <br /> <br />the Council on July 14, 1986, and reported that the assessment <br /> <br />roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson then introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7953 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that <br />the proposed 1986 assessment roll for Improvement No. p-84-22 <br /> <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br /> <br />City Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish <br /> <br />and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the pro- <br /> <br />posed assessment on August 25, 1986, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br /> <br />Center Drive, in the City of Roseville at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The <br />
