<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 28. 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the 28th day of July, <br /> <br />1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehrj and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1986 <br /> <br />assessment roll for Consolidated Improvements of 1985, Projects <br />p-84-20 and p-84-32, prepared by him with the assistance of the <br /> <br />City Public Works Director as directed by the Council on July 14, <br />1986, and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his <br /> <br />office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson then introduced the following <br /> <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7957 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING IMPROVEMENTS, <br />APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City has heretofore instituted and ordered the <br /> <br />construction of Improvement No. p-84-20 and Improvement No. <br /> <br />p-84-32, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
