EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the fourteenth day of October, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall, and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Wiski introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 9350 ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT ST-96-14 TWIN LAKES REGIONAL POND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the storm water ponding needs for an area in the City referred to as Twin Lakes; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a regional stormwater ponding facility in the City of Roseville by one or more of the following installations: pond excavation, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances; and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost to the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 429.011 to 429.111; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rose vi lie as follows: 1. The regional pond construction is hereby approved for inclusion in the City's 1997 construction program. 2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City's Public Works Director for study, and he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether they should best be made as proposed or connection with some other improvements and the estimated costs of the improvement as recommended. 3. The City hire the firm ofBRW, Inc. to prepare the feasibility study at a cost not to exceed $5,000. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Maste] and on vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wal!, and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
