<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 28, 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the 28th day of JUly. <br /> <br />1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1986 <br /> <br />assessment roll for Consolidated Improvements of 1985, Projects <br /> <br />ST-p-85-8 and P-85-10, prepared by him with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director as directed by the Council on JUly 14, <br /> <br />1986, and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his <br /> <br />office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson then introduced the fOllowing Resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7965 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that <br /> <br />the proposed 1986 assessment roll for Consolidated Improvements <br /> <br />of 1985, Projects ST-p-85-B and p-B5-10 now on file and open to <br /> <br />public inspection in the office of the City Manager is approved, <br /> <br />and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the <br /> <br />Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on August <br />
