<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETIJG <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 28, 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Clty of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the Ci ty Hall on the 2i3th day of July, <br /> <br />1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayo]~ Demos and <br /> <br />Counc i lmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and K,~hr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1986 <br /> <br />assessment roll for Improvement No. P-85-11, prepared by him with <br /> <br />the assistance of the City Public Works Direc~or as directed by <br />the Council on July 14, 1986, and reported that the assessment <br /> <br />roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson then introduced the ~ollowing Resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7966 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED S)ECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that <br />the proposed 1986 assessment roll for Improvement No. p-85-11 now <br /> <br />on file and open to public inspection in the)ffice of the City <br /> <br />Manager is approved, and the Manager is direc~ed to publish and <br /> <br />mail notice that the Council will meet to con~ider the proposed <br /> <br />assessment on August 25, 1986, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br /> <br />Center Drive, in the City of Roseville at 7:3) o'clock p.m. The <br />
