<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 28, 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the 28th day of July, <br />1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and K=hr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1986 <br />assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-w-p-85-23, prepared by him <br /> <br />with the assistance of the City Public Works )irector as directed <br />by the Council on JUly 14, 1986, and reported that the assessment <br /> <br />roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson then introduced the 'ollowing Resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7967 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SI'ECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that <br /> <br />the proposed 1986 assessment roll for Improvenent No. <br />SS-W-P-85-23 now on file and open to public irspection in the <br /> <br />office of the City Manager is approved, and tte Manager is <br /> <br />directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to <br /> <br />consider the proposed assessment on August 25, 1986, at the City <br /> <br />Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville at 7:30 <br />
