EXTRACT OF' MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE- <br />Plursuant, to due call and, notice thereof, a regular meet ing of the City <br />Council, of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey,, Minnesota was duly <br />held on, tihe 23rd day of july,i 1990,, at 7:30 P.m. <br />The following, members were present. <br />S and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following, resolution and moved its <br />aidoptiono, <br />I <br />WHEREAS,, the Falcon, Heights City Council adopted a resolution invition <br />a <br />Roseville to join, in, a cooperative effort to explore areas o <br />potential benefit to both communities; and I <br />WHEREAS, the, Roselvillie City Council adopted a resolution agreeing to <br />investi,crate cooperative efforts with the, City of Falcon Heights; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Councils met in a joint work session on July 12, <br />191901 to review, a proposed process for the study of the benefits of <br />01 <br />joint efforts, and <br />BE IT' FURTHER, RESOLVED, tihat the City staff's shall work jointly to <br />Prepare a Request for Proposal to be s,eilnti to prospective consultants. <br />The motion for the adoption, of' the foregoing resolution was duly <br />V <br />seconded by Member and upon, a, vote being taken <br />therieon,,, the following voted in favor thereolf: <br />,and the following, voted against the same: <br />
