EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 28th day of July, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Matson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos, and the following were absent: None. Member Matson introduced the following resolutio:1. and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 7970 GRANT APPLICATION FOR NORTHWEST SUBURBAN YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU WHEREAS, the Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau desires to apply to the Department of Energy and Economic DE~velopment for a mini-grant; and, WHEREAS, the grant must be applied for by a sponsoring unit of government, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City council of the City of Roseville authorizes the City Manager to submit a Grant Application for the amount of $1,960.00 to the St:ate of Minnesota Energy and Economic Development Justice Grant Program on behalf of the Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Rosevi.lle, Minnesota, this 28th day of July, 1986. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Matson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
