X's 0 <br />r i arks and Recreation Needs Assessment Experten <br />NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY FOR STRATEGIC PLAN (2003) (2010) <br />Champaign Park District, Champaign, Illinois <br />Leisure Vision conducted a statistically valid mail/phone survey in 2003 for this community of <br />70,,000 residents. The survey was used as a key component of a strategic planning effort that IS <br />conducted by park district staff, which includes major planning for renovation and expansion of <br />outdoor and indoor programming areas, trails, aquatic facilities, theater spaces,, etc. <br />More than 800 surveys were completed through a combination of a mail/phone survey.
