Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of January, <br />2011,, at 6.-00 p.m. <br />The following members were present <br />and the following were absent <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY ESTABLISH ADDITIONAL <br />PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON COUNTY ROAD B,-2 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows.- <br />WHEREAS,, County Road B-2 from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue is a County <br />State Aid roadway; <br />AND WHEREAS,, such roadway is under Ramsey County jurisdiction and maintained by <br />Ramsey County Public Works; <br />AND WHEREAS Ramsey County sets parking restrictions on it roadway system; <br />p I <br />AND WHEREAS,, The city has received a petition from residents of this segment of <br />roadway seeking further parking restrictions on this segment of County road B-2 due to <br />roadway width and safety concerns <br />NOW,, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED,, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />that the City of Roseville requests Ramsey County to establish no parking anytime on the <br />north side of County Road B-2 from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue- <br />%..,, I <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />,, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same.- none. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
