<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall on Monday, the <br />fourteenth day of October, 1996, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall, and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9351 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND <br />RYAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ryan Construction Companies is constructing certain improvements in the City of <br />Roseville located at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and lona Lane; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these improvements require stormwater ponding; and <br /> <br />Wl-IEREAS, the City of Rose vi lie intends to construct a regional stormwater pond to serve a <br />drainage area which includes the Ryan property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the interest of the City of Rose vi lie to allow Ryan Construction Company to <br />construct a portion of the pond at this time referred to as Twin Lakes Regional Pond Phase I; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />]. An agreement between the City ofRoseville and Ryan Construction Companies to construct <br />Phase 1 of the Twi.n Lakes Regional Pond is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Attorney is directed to prepare an agreement between the City of Roseville and <br />Ryan Construction Companies to construct Phase 1 of the Twin Lakes Regional Pond. <br /> <br />3. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall, and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />\Vhereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
