EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA AUGUST 11, 1986 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 11, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Johnson and Cushman; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Matson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7972 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-86-16 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. P-86-16 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Skillman Avenue from East Snelling Frontage Road to Asbury Street, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $40,699.05, and substantially in accor- dance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The City Puolic Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications.
