<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUGUST 11, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 11th day of August, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7974 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. P-W-86-19 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners <br /> <br />of the real property along Terrace Drive from West Snelling <br /> <br />Service Drive to approximately 400 feet west in the City of <br /> <br />Roseville requesting an improvement by the construction of bitu- <br /> <br />minous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances and requesting that the entire cost of said improve- <br /> <br />ments be assessed against their property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />July 28, 1986, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br /> <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this report <br /> <br />was received by Council on August 11, 1986. <br />
