<br />shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on the <br />basis of cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids <br />will be received by the City Manager and Public Works Director <br />until 11:00 o'clock a.m. on September 3, 1986, at which time they <br />will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City Manager and <br />City Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will sub- <br />sequently be considered by the Council; and that no bids will be <br />considered unless sealed and filed with the Manger and accom- <br />panied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to <br />the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />dUly seconded by Councilmember Kehr and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present; and <br /> <br />the following voted against: None.
