lls kspvq+_J� <br />Request for Council Action <br />Date: 5/12/08 <br />Item: 7.h <br />Department Approval Acting, City Manager Approval <br />Item Description: Revision to Resolution No. 10570, Approving Changes to the Roseville <br />Fire Relief Association B, - Lave. <br />Introduction <br />On November 26, 2007, Council approved Resolution 10570, approving changes to the Roseville <br />Fire Relief Association By-Laws. Prior to Council's approval of these changes, staff reviewed <br />the proposals and determined several to have potential financial implications. Thus, these by-law <br />changes where removed to allow staff time to evaluate the potential impact. <br />In the process of redacting the language for the proposed changes under review, several <br />sentences were inadvertently removed which should have been included in the by-law changes <br />approved by the City Council on November 26, 2007. The corrections are underlined in the <br />attached resolution. <br />Council Action Requested <br />By motion, revise the resolution approved on November 26, 2007 to authorizing changes in the <br />Roseville Fire Department Relief Association bylaws. <br />Attachments: A.
