The City Planner <br />indicated he was unable to answer the question, but would pass on the staff and include in the <br />RCA for City Council consideration. <br />5.4 Commissioner Boerigter also indicated if in fact there is to be two levels of approval, should the <br />Public Works Director not come first and then the City Council. <br />5.5 The Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend approval of the text amendment with the <br />recommended correction. <br />6.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />6.1 ADOPT AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A TEXT AMENDMENT TO SECTION 1009.03BF . <br />ATTACHMENT A: ORDINANCE <br />ZZOMIN <br />
