25. Mi s cell aneous. <br />a), Each party a,gees, to fumish to the other, within thirty (30) days of written request, such <br />truthful estoppel information as the other may reasonably request. <br />bi) This Lease constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties: and <br />supersedes, all offers, negotiations, and other agreements of any kind. There are not <br />representations or understandings of any kind not set forth herein.
