The Roseville City Council approved the <br />a I & 9 R a <br />original pro]"Iect, after numerous public hearings and public informational <br />meetings The final approval date was August 28,, 19890 <br />0 <br />According to state, statute, governing pub,l ic improvements,, in order for <br />01 <br />the prio]ecit to proceed an improvement contract would have had to been <br />letwithimn. one year. Because a contract was not awarded by August 27, <br />19190, the Roseville City Council must now re-hear the project. <br />M <br />Appropriate not 141ces have been prov ildeild to abutting property owners who <br />are affected by the improvement. A copy of the feasibility report for <br />the project is also, attached. <br />The, council recently approved a cooperative agreement for the project <br />approving the funding for the local share. Approximately $200,000 will <br />be the Rosieville sh,arile of' the prolect cost,, Total estimated project <br />I <br />cost, for this improvement million, dollars as outlined in the <br />feasibility rep�or,t. <br />
