The feasioblelity report was authorized <br />by Ramsey County approximately two years ago. various public meetings <br />Ill 41 is 0 <br />providing public input, have been held, since that time, The attached <br />feasibility reilpioirt contains a schedule of those events. <br />Sitate statute requires, a formal public hearing for city council. to order <br />this projileict,. The council, has already approved the county"s feasibility <br />study for the prio,jecitii and city staff has drafted our own feasibility <br />report describing, the, local improvement.1 <br />al <br />The attachied feasibility, report describes various alternates considered <br />for tihell project, land recommends a single alternate. <br />Alternatilvesoo Alternatives for County Road B pro-ect have been <br />9i I <br />,discussed at length during the public involvement process and also <br />descri,jole,d in the county,'s feasibility study. Alternatives that could be <br />10 <br />,considered at, this time include the, following: <br />A 42�ll wide interim section with, 5101 widths at major intersections <br />to handlie higher traffic volumes (recommended compromise alternate) <br />2.
