Specifically, this <br />application <br />would authorize the installation of <br />two monument signs at <br />two <br />of the <br />entrances to this site that were not <br />shown on the approved <br />site <br />plan. <br />is a copy <br />of the new standards <br />Four exhibits, have, been submitted by the project architects to illustrate <br />this proposal. They include a sifte, plan illustrating the locations of the <br />proposed monuments, a scaled, elevation ifflustrating the design of the <br />proposed signs a,nd the materials tha,t they will, be constructed of, and <br />enlarged details of each of' the specific locations. <br />The subject, property is located in the <br />SC Shopping Center <br />District <br />(Chapter 9, Ro�selville Code). <br />Section 1 0l of the code contains the <br />regulations for signs in the SC <br />District.
