Since the criteria for appirovial of Special, Use Perimlits for outdoor display were listed in the planning riepo�rit for Case N�umber 2188, they w H! not be repeated h�ere. A summary of' our findings related to the rev,i,ew of those criteria as they relate to this application is listed �below.1 241 DEVELOPMENT' ANALYSIS Planning Considerations To date the reviewer of Special, Use Permits for outdoor display and has been limited to moitarfuel stations, hardware stories, and similar commerciall establishments.
