'i The pond was designed in 1994 and built in 1996 take into account the future construction of Twin 52 Lakes Parkway. The original plans to construct the pond show the future Twin Lakes Parkway. 53 The official map of Twin Lakes Parkway was approved by the City Council in October 1998. The 54 proposed road construction does not remove or displace any improvement constructed using grant funds. 55 Staff believes that the proposed action, will not adversely affect the activities, features, and attributes 6 that are important to the resource. 57 FINANCIAL IMPACTS 58 To ensure that these funds are available for Twin Lakes Infrastructure construction,, staff recommends 59 that the City proceed with the approval of this process.
