<br />pursuant to city counc Oil resolution. Nog. 8452 adopted May 22,,
<br />19819 a public improvement hearing for County Road B improvement betwee
<br />La,rpeilnteur Avenue and County Road B "including the installation of
<br />bituminous aving, concrete curb and gu,ttle,r, pathways,, and necessary
<br />appurtenances was, originally scheduled for May 22, 1989,e and i
<br />WHEREAS, due, to scheduling problems and incomplete preliminary
<br />engineering pila,nsi,, the public improvement hearing could not be
<br />conducted, on the orig inal date;
<br />N01W THEREFORE BE IT' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE,,

<br />le The council will consider the improvement of such street gin
<br />accordance, with the report prepared by, Meler, Stewart, and
<br />Associates and, the assessment, of' abutting property for all or a
<br />portioII of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota-
<br />Statute Chapter 42,19 at an, estimated total cost of the 'improvement
<br />of $1,,4i791,494.00'.
<br />A public, hearing shall, be held on such proposed improvement on the
