<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETI~G <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUGUST 25, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, i regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Roseville, Minneso~a, was held in the <br />City Hall on the 25th day of August, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayo~ Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and K=hr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing held on August <br />25, 1986, Councilmember Matson then introducej the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7998 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. p-85-4 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
