Permissible Return of Unrestrained Animal., <br />Notwithstanding the provisions of' Slection 145.070, lif a licensed animal is <br />f oun,d at large and its owner can be ildentif 'led and located, such animal need <br />�riot be, impounded, but may, instiead,,, be taken to the owner. in such case <br />however, proceedings may be taken against the owner for violation of this <br />oirdi,n,ance. <br />1,4i5.,120. Vicious Animals. Whenever the Chief of Police or City <br />Health Officer determines that any do1g, cat, or other animal has bitten <br />49 <br />,any person, such animal may be deemed to, be vicious for the purpose of thl <br />V <br />section. Such animal may be impounded in the City pound or as otherwise <br />designated by the City Manager or his delegate, a period of ten days or <br />more at the expense of the owner of said animal.
