<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUGUST 25, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 25th day of <br />August, 1986 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Kehr and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8001 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SS-W-86-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were <br /> <br />received on August 20, 1986, at 11:00 o'cloc~ a.m., opened and <br /> <br />tabulated according to law and the following bids were received <br /> <br />complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />JLmoun t <br /> <br />Birschville Construction, Inc. <br /> <br />~i106,233.00 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE cr:y COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The construction bids for Improvemen'; No. P-SS-W-86-10 <br />are hereby rejected. <br />
