<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of November, <br />1996, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall, and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9354 <br />SUPERVISORY AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City <br />Council shall establish employee compensation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that <br />the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classification and Pay Plan be revised to <br />include the following salary ranges of certain City employees in 1997: <br /> <br />1997 Yearly <br />Classification <br /> <br />Salary Ranges <br /> <br />Police Secretary <br />Administrative Secretary <br />License Bureau Supervisor <br />Engineering Supervisor <br />Fire Marshal <br /> <br />$26,284 - $32,827 <br />31,409 - 39,262 <br />36,099 - 45,151 <br />41,225 - 51,585 <br />41,225 - 51,585 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that employees in the Supervisory/Confidential Pay Plan <br />receive an increase of $15, to $170.20 per month, who under the City's flexible benefit plan <br />do not select family insurance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Maschka, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
