<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF' MEETINI i <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUGUST 25, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Min1esota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, ~he 25th day of <br />August, 1986 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Kehr and Johns~n; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved tte adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8002 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF IETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPCRT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-p-86-2; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on Lakeview Avenue between Woodhill Drive and <br /> <br />Coun ty Road C-2 by the cons truct ion of bi t umi IIOUS pa vi ng, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and nec'~ssary appurtenan- <br /> <br />ces, filed with the Council on August 13, 198 i, is hereby <br /> <br />declared to be signed by the required percent 1ge of owners of <br /> <br />property affected thereby pursuant to Minneso;a Statutes, Section <br /> <br />429.035; and <br />
