EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TfE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVIILE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reguler meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of September, 1986 et 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Cushmen, Johnson, Matson, and Demos, and the following were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution end moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 8005 RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDIT('R TO REDUCE THE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR GOLI COURSE BOND AND GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BOND~ WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $16,100 in the Go:f Course Debt Retirement Fund resulting in the transfer from rEvenues received from the Golf Course operations; and, WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $300,000 in the GEneral Improvement Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater spec:.al assessments received than anticipated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc: 1 of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that 1. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to red\.ce the 1986 tax levy for Golf Course Bonds - 1967 by $16,100 from $16,100 to -0-. 2. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to red\.ce the 1986 tax levy for General Improvement Bonds, Series 1: , 1983 by $300,000 from $490,000 to $190,000. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson, and upon a vote beinq taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cuslman, Johnson, Matson, and Demos, and the following voted again::t the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passE!d and adopted.
