<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETI~G <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 8, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day of <br /> <br />September, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Kehr and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8006 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF FETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPCRT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. p-86-21 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain petitions requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on Standbridge Street from Patton Road to <br /> <br />Manson Street and on Manson Street from Standtridge Street to <br /> <br />Millwood Street by the construction of bituminous paving, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed with <br /> <br />the Council on September 4, 1986, is hereby declared to be signed <br /> <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.0~5. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
