<br />Deaths and Stillbirths
<br />Sec. 2055-011., Registration of births, deaths and
<br />stillbirths.
<br />�(a) Registration district. Pursuant, to Minnesota
<br />Statuties, Section 1,44.2'14, the City of'Salint Paul
<br />is constituted a primary registration district for
<br />the regi'stration of live births, deaths and still-
<br />births occurring within the city.
<br />(b) Registrar. The director of' the division of
<br />public health shall, be the local registrar and may
<br />appoint and remm-e deputy local, registrars. The
<br />local registrar shall comply with the requirements
<br />of the, Uniform Vital Statistics Act, as amended,
<br />I Minnesota Statutes, Sections 144.212 to 144.227',
<br />and regulations of the state board off f health made
<br />pursuant thereto.

<br />Sec. .206-02. Place of interment.,
<br />No interment of the dead body of any human
<br />being', or disposition thereof, shall, be made in any
<br />tomb, 1 vault or cemetery, until such tomb, vault,
<br />cemetery or place,, or the enlargement thereof,
<br />shall, be set apart and devoted to such purpose by
<br />and with the con-sent of the council of the City of'
<br />Saint Paul.

<br />206.03. Interment.,
<br />The clead body of every, human being that shall,
<br />be interred in any grave in any cemetery in the
<br />City of Saint Paul, shall be placed in a substantial
<br />coffin or casket, wooden or other material, and
<br />shall be placed in such grave at least three (3) feet
<br />below the surface of the earth.
