<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETI~G <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 8, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, E regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Mirnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day of <br /> <br />September, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Kehr and John~on; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8007 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF IETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPCRT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. p-86-23 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain petitions requesting an jmprovement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on Galtier Street from lonE Lane to County <br /> <br />Road C-2 and on Iona Lane from Galtier Street to Matilda Street <br /> <br />by the construction of bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed witt the Council on <br /> <br />September 3, 1986, is hereby declared to be signed by the <br /> <br />required percentage of owners of property affEcted thereby pur- <br />suant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT) COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
