<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVIL.E <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ~eeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnlsota, was duly held in <br />the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minlesota, on Monday, the <br />eight day of September 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, latson, Johnson, and <br /> <br />Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Matson introduced the following resolution ald moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8008 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br /> <br />ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of R, lseville, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improveme'lts for the City of <br />Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the COllnty of Ramsey, and <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of propertr contained within said <br />assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requ. .res that apportionment <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council I If the City of <br />Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extqnded by the County <br />Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ros1lville does hereby make <br />the following apportionment of original assessments agai] lSt the following <br />described properties: <br />
