<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby autho~ized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Meyer Contractin~ for $70,688.91 <br />in the name of the City of Roseville for the a)ove improvements <br />according to the plans and specifications ther~of heretofore <br />approved by the City Council and on file in th~ office of the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized iuthorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders th~ deposits made <br />with their bids except the deposits of the sucJessful bidder and <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br />been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Clshman and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present; and the following voted against: None; whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and ajopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
