EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * ,. * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Thursday, the eighteenth day of September, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The follouing members were present: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Demos, and the following were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8013 RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH AN INFRASTRUCTURE REPLACEMENT RESERVE FUrID AND AUTHORIZE THE INITIAL TAX LEVY WHEREAS, the City has recently adopted a Pavement Management Plan; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a source of funding for the overlaying of pavements; and WHEREAS, the infrastructure replacement reserve fund technique is appropriate and desirable to meet this need; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby establish an infrastructure replacement reserve fund; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the purpose of said fund is to overlay and repair said streets in the city; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 1987 tax levy of 0.3 mills to establish said reserve fund is hereby authorized. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson Upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the City Council, of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, this 18th day of September, 1986.
