This open House will be held Monday, October 10, 2011 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Minnesota State Fair Libby Conference Center. Enter the main gate at Snelling Ave and Midway Parkway. Tura left on Cosgrove (first street), the Libby Conference Center is the third building on the right (OGara's., Police Sub- Station, & Libby Conference Center). The five (S) year Interim Use Permits from the City of Roseville for the above locations is due for renewal. This open house meeting is an important source of feedback from nearby property owners and is a required step in the process of seeking City approval for the proposed Interim Use Permits, and a summary of the comments and questions raised at the open Douse meeting will be submitted to the City as part of the formal application. This will be held before the City of Roseville Planning Commission meeting of Wednesday, November 2, 2011 and the City Council meeting on Monday., November 2 , 2011.
