<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />September' 22, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, September 22, 1986, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members wer'e present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman and Kehrj and the following were <br /> <br />absent: Councilmember Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8019 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT p-86-32 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, including all that property abutting Pascal Street <br /> <br />between Lydia Avenue and County Road C-2 by the installation of <br /> <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appur- <br /> <br />tenances, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a por- <br /> <br />tion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
