<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT ST-96-14 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Rose vi lie, Minnesota, will meet at the <br />City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 16th day of December, 1996, at 7: 15 o'clock p.m. <br />to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed <br />Improvement ST-96-14, including all that property lying within the following area: <br /> <br />1-35W on the west, 400 feet east of Mount Ridge Road on the east, County Road C on the south, <br />and County Road C-2 on the north. <br /> <br />by the installation of storm sewer drainage facilities, pond, and necessary appurtenances.
