This zone, however, does no <br />provide a Permitted • Special Use for a car agency. <br />The current proposal is for, Wesley, �Rydell to develop one of two Saturn <br />Autornobile agencies, siervin�g the Metropolitan Area an this site. The <br />Saturn project is a, n�ew, General Motors line for which they carefully <br />plan to execulite a, series of highly, controlled agencies around the <br />,country. Mr., Ryidell has been awarded the "St., Paul Area" agency and <br />Jim Lupient, has been awarded the "Minneapolls Area" agency. <br />
