<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day of September, 1986 at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Demos, and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and <br />Johnson. <br /> <br />Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8028 <br /> <br />city Project 85-24 <br />S.P. 6284-110 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of <br />Minnesota has prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifi- <br />cations for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 394, renumbered <br />as Trunk Highway 35W, within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Roseville, at Long Lake Road, and seeks the approval thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans and special <br />provisions for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within said <br />corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved <br />including the elevations and grades as shown, and consent is <br />hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by said <br />construction. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City hereby agree to require the <br />parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the <br />corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway, to be <br />parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 <br />feet from any crosswalks on all public streets intersecting said <br />trunk highway. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and <br />Demos, and the fOllowing voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
