EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day of September, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Demos, and the following were absent: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 8028 city Project 85-24 S.P. 6284-110 WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifi- cations for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 394, renumbered as Trunk Highway 35W, within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville, at Long Lake Road, and seeks the approval thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved including the elevations and grades as shown, and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City hereby agree to require the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos, and the fOllowing voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
