ElITRAcr OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY CXXJNCIL OF 'IRE CITY OF I03EVILLE, MINNESOI'A * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular rreeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the City Hall in said City on the 22nd day of September, 1986 at 7:30 P.M. 'rile following rrembers were present: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos, and the follCMing were absent: Johnson. M3nber Kehr and its adoption: introduced the follCMing resolution RESOLUTICl\! NO. 80 2 9 WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Roseville, Section 71.070 and 66.340 provides that the C1ty may certify to the County Auditor the amounts of unpaid sewer and water charges to be entered as part of the tax levy on said premises and ensuing year: NCW, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'IHE caJNCIL FOR 'IHE CITY OF Ra3EVILIE, MINNESOTA AS FOl.J..O'JS: 1. Exhibi t "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof by reference is a list of parcels of real property lying within the City limi ts which are served by sanitary sewers and municipal water service of the City of Roseville, and on which there are unpaid sewer and water charges as shavn on the attached exhibit "A". 2. The council hereby certifies said list and requests the Ramsey COunty Auditor to include in the real estate taxes due the anount set forth in Exhibit "A" for taxes due and payable in 1987. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seoonded by M:!mber Ma ts on, upon a vote being taken thereon, the follCMing voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos, And the follCMing voted against sarre: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was dea::lared duly passed and adopted.
