CONCLUSION <br />With very nearly an acre of land and the ability to configure the <br />resulting lots to comply with City policy, and standards, this lot division <br />can be approved. 1 Since additional right -of-way, is needed for County <br />Road B and since proposed Lot 2 contains exactly 11,000 square feet, it <br />would appear, reasonable to revise the plans slightly to provide the <br />additional ditional, ROW and to still include 11,0100 square feet within Lot 2. <br />-1 <br />:1 <br />
