All <br />of this <br />information, <br />including <br />the <br />feasibility <br />report, <br />meeting <br />ininutes, <br />and <br />a summary <br />of <br />the <br />written <br />responses <br />to citizen <br />questions <br />has been previously <br />provided <br />to the city <br />council. <br />The consultant <br />tan..t <br />w�i l l be a 'a l.� <br />l ab lie <br />at <br />the. <br />May <br />,, 1989, city <br />ounlc <br />i <br />it <br />meeting to present <br />the <br />report <br />and <br />to <br />discuss <br />the <br />project. <br />Briefly, <br />the pro3 e t <br />includes <br />the <br />reconstruction <br />of <br />Hare. <br />ine Avenue to <br />a <br />52-f-oot, <br />wide roadway <br />with <br />concrete <br />curb <br />and <br />gutter. <br />The <br />roadway will <br />be <br />a, three -lane <br />design <br />with <br />a center <br />left-turn <br />lane and <br />one <br />traffic lane <br />lr <br />each <br />direction. <br />Also, <br />a <br />seven -foot <br />shoulder <br />will <br />be <br />provided <br /># The <br />original <br />design called <br />for an 11 <br />-foot <br />boulevard <br />with <br />a <br />five -foot pathway <br />on <br />both <br />sides between <br />Larpenteur <br />and <br />Rioselawn <br />and <br />an <br />eig <br />- -foot pathway <br />pan <br />the west <br />side north <br />of <br />Roselawn <br />to <br />County <br />Road <br />B. <br />Based <br />on citizen <br />lip <br />input, <br />the <br />consultant <br />hats, <br />modified <br />the <br />recommendation <br />to <br />suggest a <br />reduced <br />bloulevard width from <br />11 <br />feet <br />to 6 <br />feat. <br />
