A Natural, Light <br />A major design element of the Center renovation will be the installation of new <br />translucent skylights, In the mall area and over anchor store courtyards. <br />A continuous 11inear, skylight will connect the skylit courtyards in front of the new <br />I <br />Dayton's, store and the le)d'sting Carlson Piriel Scott store. Adclitionally, a new skylight <br />will be provided at the exiisting Pennell Court while the e)(isting skyll*ght at Ward's <br />Court will be, replaced. <br />Q I <br />B. ifings/Axtificial Lighting <br />III <br />New ceilings will be provided in the exisl; mall, area and in the converted Daytolr6 <br />space., The use of indirect lighting will be employed, throughout the center and will be <br />supplemented, by recessed downlighting. Analysis of peak hour traffic countsindicate a, strong preference for shoppers <br />I <br />and employees to use the Fairview Avenue entry just, north of Trunk Flighway 36.
