<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />was duly held on the 27th day of October, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and <br />Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8037 <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT OF JUNE DEMOS AS A <br />REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE AT THE NATIONAL <br />LEAGUE OF CITIES CONFERENCE <br />NOVEMBER 29 - DECEMBER 3, 1986 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is a site for a hazardous <br />waste facility; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has special interest in <br />keeping the City in a clean, healthful and aesthetic condition; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, June Demos, the former mayor, has special interest <br />and knowledge in said matters, and it is in the best interests of <br />the City of Roseville to have a representative present at the <br />National League of Cities Convention and, in particular, the <br />activities and information available through the Natural <br />Resources Committee of said Convention; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that June Demos is hereby <br />appointed as a special representative of the City of Roseville to <br />attend the NLC to be held as follows: <br /> <br />Date: November 29 - December 3, 1986 <br />Place: San Antonio, Texas <br />
