<br />WHEREAS1, St., Plaul, and Roseville request, and, the County agrees to provide an
<br />Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption System,, hereinafter referried to as the IFEVP Systemirl,

<br />is 50.00 per cent. St., Paulls, share is percent. Roseville's share is 25-00 per cent.

<br />Upon execution of' this agireement and a, request in writincr by the County,

<br />the project costs, based on the actual bid, price and County-furnished, materials labor,
<br />i4usi six pericent, (&%) of such amount for each respective share for the cost of engineering
