<br />WHEREAS, the County has determined that there 'is just f cat on and it is in the
<br />public's best 'Interest to install, traffic control signals with street lights and install
<br />emergiency vehicile pre-emption on Larpente'uri Avenue (County, State Aid Highway No.
<br />,30)
<br />at Lexington Avenue, (County State Aid Highway No. 51); and
<br />WHEREAS, St. Paul and Roseville request and the County agrees to provide an
<br />Emergency Vehicle Prei-eimpition, Sysitem hereinafter referred to as the IIEVP System",
<br />2s a parit of said, traffic con,t,riol signals with street lights, in accordance with the terms
<br />and conditions hereinafter set, forth* and

<br />WHEREAS,, the County, St. Paul, and Roseville will part i ci pate in the cost,
<br />maintenance and operation of said traffic cantroil signals with street lights and EVE'
<br />System, as hereinafter set, forth,; and

<br />4. The County, shall install, or cause, the *Installation of an, EVP System in
<br />iccoirdance with State Alid Project No. 6,3iOi-12,4 on Larpenteur Avenue at Lexington
<br />Avenue. Estimated construction c�olsit is $7,5216,00 which includes County furnished
<br />materials, and labot, Stii, Paull's share 'is, 510.00 per cent. Rosevilles share "is 50.00 per
<br />ceint.
