Attachment A <br /> 1 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> 2 OF THE <br /> 3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> 4 <br /> 6 <br /> 7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br /> 8 Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 28th day of December, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 The following members were present: <br /> 11 <br /> 12 and the following were absent:. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> 15 <br /> 16 RESOLUTION No. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 RESOLUTION REQUESTING 2012 SCORE FUNDING GRANT <br /> 19 FOR USE IN ROSEVILLE'S RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAM <br /> 20 <br /> 21 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council is committed to residential waste abatement through its curbside <br /> 22 recycling program, Clean Up Day, and Leaf Pick Up Program; and <br /> 23 <br /> 24 WHEREAS, in order to improve Roseville's waste abatement programs and minimize the cost to Roseville <br /> 25 residents; and <br /> 26 <br /> 27 WHEREAS, Ramsey County has SCORE Funding Grants available for 2012; <br /> 28 <br /> 29 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized to submit a grant application to <br /> 30 Ramsey County for a 2012 SCORE Funding Grant and that that grant will be used for Roseville's waste <br /> 31 abatement programs. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 <br /> 34 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member , and upon a vote <br /> 35 being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> 36 <br /> 37 and the following voted against the same: . <br /> 38 <br /> 39 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 <br /> 42 <br /> 43 <br /> 44 <br /> 45 <br /> 46 <br /> 47 <br />
